Run Baby Run!

Jogging is orgasmic.

I did 6 rounds at the soccer field track just around my house yesterday. Oh the sun, the sun felt good. It was 5-ish pm. I could go for more but my energy was depleting(didn't have lunch) so I slowed down on the 7th and walked.

Damn proud of myself. But of course, I had a secret motivation. Oh, and I realized that running without my music is quite productive. I can concentrate on my breathing, the pace, the amount of perspiration etc. Yup.

I still remember the first time I wore my awesome newly bought light-weight new balance running shoes and ran at the stadium track with Yf two mths back, I couldn't even complete one round. But now, my legs don't complain as much. YAY. Well if you'd ask about dieting, yes I do control my carb intake but on a sugar rush day, I know I wouldn't be on a guilty streak.

I need more sports bra!
