Seems like the running community in Singapore is pretty damn AWESOME! (Y)

I calibrated my walk earlier taking the distance of 1.6km and guess what, just by walking, I burned 124cal.

Gives me more motivation to walk home from serangoon central interchange instead of wasting time waiting for the 315 feeder bus that goes around serangoon in a loop, resulting in me not burning any calories. Hur hur.

<3 my new running gear. YAY.
