Vivienne Westwood + Melissa = Love.

I've always had a thing for Melissa.

Ooops. I meant the shoe brand - Melissa.

4 years ago, I bought this exact same pair of gold rubber flats for $35.90. I loved it the moment I set my foot in it. Comfy and goes with almost every single outfit. What's more? I adore the bubble gum smell from the rubber. It's special. There are however, many imitations of this rubber flats everywhere; but nothing beats the real Melissa.

Until today, and also countless of TLC+wash after, this pair of gold flats still remains my most favourite pumps. It has walked me through so many different places, met so many interesting people and danced with me on many clubbing occasions.

My love affair with Melissa is proven to be still very strong(even after 4 years), because just last weekend at Haji Lane, I chanced upon a unique pair of Melissa with Tinkerbell on it. $107. Woah. I don't have a picture but it's so pretty! Hope it'll still be there end of the month after I get back from Perth.

Anyway, if you remember from SATC, Carrie Bradshaw(Sarah Jessica Parker) wore this gorgeous gown designed by Vivienne Westwood for that famous scene in the movie.
